1:12 Wooden Dollhouse KIT, PERFECT 1st PROJECT, Scale One Inch

This kit is a great starter house that can be used as a cottage, shop, pub, She Shed . . . whatever you imagine.

Completed measurements: 23" wide x 11" deep x 15" tall.

There are 4 rooms, 1 working main door, two single non-working windows w/ shutters, and a working interior raised 5 panel door.

Rooms on main floor are 8.5" x 9.5" and 13" x 9.5".

Kit is made from cabinet B grade 1/4" Baltic birch plywood. Arrives I assembled & unpainted.

Lines on roof are for reference for applying shingles. (2 bags of asphalt shingles NOT INCLUDED).
