Everything needed to complete this kit is included making it a PERFECT GIFT, for yourself or someone you love.

This Charming cottage features the classic Tudor style including stone & stucco design, ornate stair rail and front porch railings as well as the roof top gingerbread. There are 2 fireplaces, staircase, corner fence, and trellis.

The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8” birch plywood. The kit includes the base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved where the floors slide in.
The corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly.
The exterior materials include stone, stucco, exterior trims, and two chimneys.

The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors as well as all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglass, and window boxes.

We have added additional landscaping materials for this house so you can create your own whimsical gardens. Landscaping materials include grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes, trellis, and vines, soil, gravel, 3 sizes of garden rocks, lichen for ground cover, field grass for flower bunches, and 4 bags of flowers; one mixed flowers for window boxes, three color for bushes, flowers, and vines.

This ¼” house kit comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on.

The step by step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.

Note: EVERYTHING is included that you will need to complete this house as shown except the paint and glue.
