This Gothic Victorian Style house features an octagonal tower with a 2 story bay on the right side.
The wrap around porch has detailed railings, designed with ornate patterns along with gingerbread trim for the peaks.
The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8” birch plywood. Some sanding will be required.
The kit includes the base, three floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved where the floors slide in.
The corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly.
The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, exterior corner trims, railings, & 3 sets of steps.
The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors.
The kit also includes two staircases & all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglass, and window boxes.
We have included landscaping materials for this house grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes and vines, & flowers.
This ¼” house kit comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on.
The step by step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.

Note: EVERYTHING is included that you will need to complete this house as shown except the paint, tools, and glue.
