This versatile Quarter scale dollhouse kit is designed to hang on a wall or sit on a shelf.
When its on a table, it opens to reveal its 6 generous rooms.
EVERYTHING needed to finish the interior & exterior of this house is included ... even wallpaper & landscaping! Just add glue & paint.
Structural pieces are laser cut 1/8" birch plywood.
The kit contents include the following:
The base
Floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring
Exterior walls, grooved where the floors slide in
The corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly.
The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, exterior corner trims, railings, gingerbread trim & a set of steps.
The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, & cove molding, laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglas, window boxes, & hinge hardware.
The landscaping materials: grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes, vines, & snowflakes.
A piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on.
